# Z moves

Permettent à un Pokemon de réaliser une **attaque Z**, une attaque surpuissante utilisable une fois par combat. Pour cela le Pokemon doit tenir un **Cristal Z** spécifique et connaître une attaque correspondante pour déclencher l'attaque Z.
